Chiikkaha the Toothed
Chiikkaha the Toothed is a named Ratman that spawns only in Sanctuary. It also casts 1st through 7th circle Magery Spells. It is subject to Dryad Allure and is immune to Energy Damage.
Killing him is the second stage of a 3-stage "monster kill" Quest offered by Dallid the Cook.
Message board speculation holds that Chiikkaha was also intended to be the holder of the currently un-findable "Stolen Ring" that is the object of the "Token of Love" quest of Danoel the Metal Weaver. However, the quest itself is so obviously non-functional that this cannot be known for sure.
