Dragon Turtle Hatchling Net

The Dragon Turtle Hatchling Net spawns in the east most hut of the Urali Village in the Eodon facet. Unlike the Doom and Tokuno stealable items the Eodon stealables do not have a rarity level and spawn randomly (more info needed). All Eodon stealable items weight 10 stones requiring a minimum stealing skill level of 100. However even at 120 skill there are still chances of failing.
