Elwood McCarrin

Elwood McCarrin is an NPC that lives in the city of New Haven. Known as the well-known collector, he can be found hanging out in a public area north of the town square. In Old Haven, he hung out inside the Albatross Bar and Grill, a tavern on the south side of the city overlooking the docks.

By talking with him, you can take on The Collector's Quest.
