Morganna the Spirit Speak Instructor

Morganna the Spirit Speak Instructor is a NPC Spirit Speak trainer located in the Necromancers Guild Hall in New Haven. She provides training and offers a new player quest. She is also a vendor and sells several scrolls, potions, reagents, and various other magic related items.
