Heckles Hero

Heckles Hero is part of a quest chain. To start it, visit the Town Cryer and activate the quest Scandal at Castle Blackthorn.

After you have finished the first two parts (find Castle Blackthorn and then find Heckles' notes) you have to prove your courage to become his hero.

Slay a lot of monsters:

Slay all of the following:

  • 1 Exodus Minion (possible location is the camp on the way to the dungeon Exodus. Ilshenar:Honor:Gargoyle Mining camp 104°35'N 27°37'W)
  • 1 Drake (possible location Fire Island Temple)
  • 10 Liches (possible location: north of Grizelda the Hag)
  • 20 Skeletons (possible location: each cemetery has some)
  • 20 Giant Spiders (possible location near the fire temple, find the Rock Ridge south east of the temple)
  • 20 Hell Hounds (possible locations Fan Dancer Dojo or dungeon Hythloth)
  • 25 Brigands only humans (possible location Ilshenar Bandit Town south of Jawbone; target: Terot Skitas)
  • 50 Vermin (Giant Rats, possible location level 1 of a champ spawn)

Reward:
- A special reward from Heckles (a tile deed)
- 25 points of minax artifacts loaded direct into the character
