Nicholas the Actor

Tim the Begger will direct you to Nicholas, who after talking to and giving fur boots and a Star Sapphire will direct you to Ebenezer the Mayor of Minoc. Nicholas can be found in building west of the theater on the southern Jhelom island, Trammel facet.
