The Brawn
The Brawn is the third quest in a Quest Chain, or a series of smaller quests, each of which must be completed in order to successfully complete the chain. This particular quest chain takes place entirely within the "dungeon" Sanctuary and requires the player to slay successively tougher "Giants".
This quest is given by the following NPCs in Sanctuary.

"Inconceivable! We've learned that the ogre leadership has recruited some heavy-duty guards to their cause. I've never personally fought a cyclopean warrior, but I'm sure you could easily best a few and report back how much trouble they'll cause to our growing community?"

Reward
A Bag of Treasure
The "Reward" is not given until completion of the quest chain. Marauders, the first quest in the chain, offers "A bag of treasure". However, the next three quests in the chain offer "A large bag of treasure".
What these Elves consider "treasure" is questionable.
