Thepem the Apprentice is one of three NPCs that are part of a new style of quests called Tier Quests which were introduced in the Stygian Abyss expansion. She can be found in the reagent shop in the Royal City.

She offers the following quests:

Tier 1

  • Tasty Treats

Tier 2

  • Metal Head
  • Pink is the New Black
