A Copper Runic Hammer is both a melee weapon and a Blacksmith reward. As a reward, use of the Hammer during crafting allows a Blacksmith to create magic, or modified, armor and weapons. The number of mods and the intensity of such mods depends on the ore type of the hammer used; the "higher" the ore type, the better the resultant item. Copper Runic Hammers impart 2 to 3 properties with an intensity range between 50% to 100%. All Copper Runic Hammers have 40 charges when new.
