📖 Description
When cast, all enemies within range of the caster will be dealt cold damage. All creatures and players taking damage will have a Swing Speed and Faster Casting penalty. The Resisting Spells skill can help prevent these penalties from occurring. Players affected by Essence of Wind penalties will see an icon telling them so in their Buff Bar.
