Blood Dungeon is a single level, Paragon dungeon that is located in Ilshenar. Its closest access is the Spirituality Moongate; from there, travel to the East/Southeast for several screens. All of the creatures in and around Blood Dungeon have a 1-in-20 chance of being a Paragon version. A word to the wise is sufficient.
An unpleasant place if only because of all of the blood everywhere, it also houses jail cells, executioners blocks, guillotines, and a death vortex at the primary blood shrine. Nice, huh?
Entrance
Not much here but some towers and a single blood shrine. Some lesser undead mill about the entrance: Bone Knight, Imp, Skeleton, and Skeletal Knight.
Dungeon Proper
Be careful out there, she loots!
The denizens inside Blood Dungeon are the: Balron, Purifying Blood Elemental, Blood Elemental, Demon, Hellcat, Imp, Predator Hellcat, and Succubus.
The spawn is nicely separated, which allows multiple groups to engage in combat without disturbing each other.
There are 3 spawn points for Blood Elementals, 1 for Balrons, 2 for Demons, and the large cave at the back of the dungeon is where a femme fatal, the Succubus, and three Purifying Blood Elementals reside.
Notes
- Demon, Purifying Blood Elemental, Blood Elemental, and Succubus alike will loot your corpse.
- Gold hunters often engage the Blood Elementals for profit. A Blood Elemental weapon usually is employed.
