The Valor Champion Spawn is one of four located in Ilshenar. From the Valor moongate, head South and cross the bridge. Deep in the middle of the most dense jungle in Sosaria you will find the altar.
As with all creatures in Ilshenar, some monsters will spawn as Paragons. The Valor spawn is always active, and rotating. Meaning one of the following five groups will always be present. (See Below)
